Dennis W. Montoya, Chief Executive Officer and principal attorney for Montoya Law, Inc. has been practicing in New Mexico since 1985 and also has over 10 years experience as a Federal Criminal Defense attorney with 20 years as a State Defense Attorney. Mr. Montoya is also a former prosecutor and former Federal Court Staff Attorney with over 1,000 state and federal cases litigated.

Jean Torres Montoya, Vice President and Office Manager for Montoya Law, Inc. is also an accomplished professional with over 15 years experience managing stock brokerage firms and working closely with the clients of Montoya Law, Inc. throughout the litigation process.
